Ah they don'T make 'em like Wokka anymore. Love the true blue legend.
I loved watching capper, as a kid!....he should of been in the the Swan's team of the century!.….least in the forward pocket like he said!.... One of the greatest marks of all time!....
West Coast players were seen jumping the fence when the drug testers arrived.
Came here after the jacko interview sounds like the early days of the AFL were a cut throat industry.
Just good friends, hahah Full of shit then, he had his share
Grrreeattt interview, loved it ,thanks, best Capper ever, cheers 🎉
Plenty of charisma. Too much playing the field at Goldy. Top shelf Capper.
Kaaapppaaaaaa
My favorite Open Mike of all. Just such a humble, self deprecating bloke who doesn't push his own agenda at all in this. Seems very happy with what he achieved, where he is at, and takes responsibility for some things that went wrong. A fantastic insight into a player that didn't really speak a lot publicly when playing.
The AFL administration are absolute dogs. Parasites.
McLeod is a tool. He falls out with everyone and seems to be pretty passive aggressive.
He didn’t see the real Carey in 2003. He definitely isn’t shy. This was after the incident at north and he went to a new club and was reserved. Was also shot as a player at that time. But at North he was the leader of the whole team off the field and the most extroverted.
Gary was great. With Mew, Langford and Collins they were a defensive wall.
Jeans ,Mathews ,Tuck, Dunstall and ?
1971 was the year I became a Hawthorn Supporter ( Black & White TV) and I wanted to be Peter Hudson.
Ayresy keeps having SPATFAs
Those shorts were horribly uncomfortable. Made of nasty cheap nylon they were constantly giving you a wedge, and they were so tight, apparently to ease movement, they were embarrassing to wear.
Modra generated a lot of income for the Adelaide football club and in return Modra was treated like garbage. If Adelaide treats its players like this they deserve to be at the bottom of the ladder.
Love it 🤎💛🤎💛🤎💛
Grub of grubs
He kicked over 100 goals in a season a couple of times. Make no mistake he could play. Legend
Best interview on Open Mike 😂, the line about “ I had no plans on Monday nights was gold “ 😂😂
Modra really was the last great big mark full forward. the game hasnt been the same since his time. an absolute freak.
Rex hunt played for Richmond and Stkilda.
Rex caught a few fish in Port Phillip Bay as did my friend wilts from Portsea who fished newhaven for 30 years.
Not only did i play number 39 at northvale i stood in the collingwood stands when they played stkilda.
Norm smith, didnt mopsy get one of them?
That was at san remo caravan park warrick.
I not only camped next to johnny famechon i met lional rose when he came to visit johhny.
Mark of the century, stkilda.
What number did warrick capper play for at Northvale.
Hes 61 now,
WCE were on roids? *pikachu shocked face*
Sheahan has a rude habit of wanting to know what guys were earning, it's none of his business.
Could take a grab this bloke but It seems the more "snow" that lands on the tip of his nose the higher the ego tends to go.
Love it how he welcome's Mike to his own show.
Anyone know if that takeaway place in Thomastown is still in business?
No can't help you
Hard to understand that he was there investigating how Clinton Grybus hurt himself in his home and deduced that Clinton was sleepwalking. Then to know, before Nixon had even answered the phone, that Clinton had died. Also, happened to be holidaying near the very coroner that processed Clintons body. Really coincidental! Too many coincidences I think! Some lies told I think!! Maybe other people involved in the circumstances Nixon portrayed in this interview need to be asked to get the facts of each of these events
The woman watching loved him.
Great interview and entertaining as. Legend player.
Absolute legend. Love him and his ridiculous behaviour......haha
What is VFL? is it the same as today's AFL? Used to watch this in the 80s in the US, seems like they used to get the ball down the field with 'marks?' more back then. And the guys in the white jackets confirming points or goals were a howl
Much better quality football back in the 80s than today, today the skills and quality is poor.
@@JohnJohn-zn8ib it's that way with most of the American sports too. Crushed by money, overexposure, steroids and PEDs
@@JayRiemenschneider yes, egos before the sport.
Dodgy as
Mike Sheahan not the sharpest tool in the shed but he is a tool.
Rock Star of the AFL ...Love the cool leopard print shirt he wears
That infamous Robbie Muir interview was revealed as a set up years later I think.
Lol, what the commentators talking bout, bigland set that up and got his hole
how anyone found or finds Sam funny is beyond me.. Blokes the biggest flog
👍👊💯
4:26 I went to this game as a 7 year old. Modra kicked 10, Carey kicked 8 and we won by 2 points 😊
Collingwood yea
